80 Nature Quotes about Reconnecting with Mother Earth

Looking for thought-provoking nature quotes and sayings?

Most of us already know that being in Nature has healing properties.

You don’t need to be a doctor to immediately realize how we feel better when we are outside, in nature.

Got tired eyes from working on the computer all day? Rest your eyes on something green.

Stressed after a long week’s hard work?

A jog around the park should do the trick.

Apart from providing us with food and medicinal herbs, simply being among greenery can help revive weary spirits.

But what if you’re in the urban jungle?

Do you live away from the nearest park or nature reserve?

Don’t worry: there are plenty of ways to be with Nature even while living in the city.

For instance, you could keep indoor potted plants at home.

Tiny herb gardens of your favorite spices are also a nice addition.

Check out these amazing nature quotes to help you reconnect with Mother Earth again.

After all, it’s been a while and she misses you…

Bruce Lee Quotes About Life, Love and Water To Inspire You

Our latest collection of Bruce Lee quotes on Everyday Power Blog.

Bruce Lee, born as Lee Jun Fan on November 27, 1940 in San Francisco, California in the hour and the year of the Dragon, is a well-known actor and martial artist.

Although he was an actor from the age of three months onward, his initially gained popularity for his role in The Green Hornet, a show that aired from 1966-67.

After a major back injury and upset at the lack of decent acting roles coming his way, Lee moved back to Hong Kong in the summer of ’71. In Hong Kong, Lee signed a contract for two films – Fists of Fury and The Chinese Connection.

Both of these films received bad reviews from US critics, but broke major box office records in Hong Kong. By 1972, Bruce Lee was a huge celebrity in Asia, despite not being very popular in the states. He began a Hollywood project, Enter the Dragon, but died a month before its release at the age of 32.

When Enter the Dragon was released posthumously, Lee became officially recognized as a film icon. Enter the Dragon earned more than $200 million, but Bruce Lee’s legacy didn’t end there.

Despite Lee’s early and mysterious death, his legacy as a martial artist and an actor lives on with the likes of Jackie Chan and Chuck Norris.

Even today Bruce Lee lives on and is revered as an actor and a premier martial artist, because he didn’t let Hollywood being unready for a major Asian actor stop him from achieving his dreams.

Death is one of the most difficult things that any of us will have to deal with in our lives.

It is personal, unique, and very different from person to person.

Often times, people will judge the way someone else grieves because it is not the same as the way that they would personally mourn.

Some folks even go as far as to assume that someone is NOT anguished (by their definition), because they do not show it in a way that fits into this individual’s view of what grief should look like.

Here are some thoughts and quotes about death, as well as the unique view we each take of it.

What do you think about these quotes about death?

Something we should all remember is that each and everyone of us grieves in a different way.

Each one of us has a different memory and relationship with the person who has passed away.

While some grieve openly, (others keep it to themselves) and put on a stoic face.

The important lesson to learn is that death and grief are very unique and individual processes. What is right for us may not fit another.

Embrace and grieve as you need to, and let others do the same.
